  Super helpful and friendly employee asked if I needed assistance, and she researched other Home Depots to see if more of the product I wanted was located at other stores. She suggested an item that was on clearance that was similar to the product I was seeking, so I ended up purchasing that AND saving a bundle. Super impressed ☆☆☆☆☆

  Kevin with Home Depot delivered our appliances today and damaged our walls, door handle, woodwork and scratched the fridge. He lied about speaking with my husband, showed up early without giving the 45 minute notice we were told we would get, was too small and weak to do the job, refused to wait until I unwrapped the appliances, and left us stuck with Jason at the Woodhaven store who is giving us the run around. We have been loyal customers at this store since the day it opened. In addition to a dishwasher and refrigerator we also just bought a new counter, paint, fixtures and garbage disposal. We have been treated with no regard, flippancy and as if our hard earned dollars mean nothing to them. We were not even given the courtesy of speaking with a the store manager upon request and were basically told to call a 1-800 number. Please, please, please ~ buyer beware.

  I walked in to purchase simple garbage disposal. The first employee I asked didn't know where they were. Finally found employee that could tell me which aisle. Then couldn't find employee to help me in that section. Seems like alot of employees that just don't know much about their job. As I was ready to leave for Lowes, a nice customer who bought the same disposal as I did, was kind enough to help me and answer my questions. I'll think twice before going to that store again. Thank you to the kind and helpful customer. No thanks to the Home Depot employees.
