  This store is very nice and clean... They have a vast amount of products at pretty good prices... But customer service here is horrible... I've spent $900 in the last 3 weeks and both times I wanted a little bit of help with my purchases and both times nobody was really around while there's a lot of people were standing around and I got very little help and when I did get help they were very smart ass about it made me feel like I'm a burden on them... this is not what retail stores need to be nowadays with Amazon really unfortunately... I'm not saying I need help in 3 seconds you know under 5 minutes would be nice but they really don't seem like they care whether they please you or not or you buy anything... Probably not a big surprise but I guess customer service is an art and it's no longer in our society

  Walked around for ten minutes looking for someone to help me. Finally found someone who said they would get someone to help. Finally someone walks up and says how can I help you. I tell him what I need and he says Im in electrical but I will try and find the person who can help you.
