  Best over the phone and in store experience ever! I purchased some shorts awhile back and I was thinner. I went to wear them the other day and what my luck,.. I gained some weight and they weren't the nicely fitting shorts I bought anymore. Me being me I cut the tag off, excitied to wear them, ( like and idiot). I looked for the receipt and I couldn't find it anywhere. So I called the store and spoke to a girl named Nikki and she was so nice said that we could do a in store trade, even trade with the tag torn off and no reciept. I went next day yo return them with the tag off and got a different size! Thank you Nikki for being so understanding! I had no idea what else to do.
