  Had a repair order 7 days ago. I called two days ago and they said another 3 days. I called today and the guy who answered the phone in a very rude tone said “sprint”. I said “I would like to check on a repair order please” to which he responds in a very rude tone, “hold on”. He didn’t event transfer me to repair because I literally was on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back and no one answered. I called again and no one answered again. This store sucks.
